What's this about speaking naturally?
When it comes to most languages, there are basically two types, formal and informal.
The formal which is learned mostly through textbooks and used mostly in certain situations such as ceremonial events, legal issues, or in business. The formal type is almost never used by the "average-joe", so learning it isn't really the best way to sound native.
The informal, which is what the vast majority of all native language speakers use in their daily lives. Unlike the formal type,the informal type is heard everywhere in places such as the supermarket, the pub, on the streets, and of course, in homes! Would you prefer to learn to speak like a textbook, or learn the "normal" language for "normal" people?
